Makan Labu

Ramai sungguh orang demam sekarang... saya sendiri pun baru baik demam.. berjangkit dari anak-anak. Mula-mula kena demam anak yang no.2, pastu berturut adik dia yang kecik sekali, yang no.3 dan terakhir saya. Alhamdulillah kakaknya yang sulung tak berjangkit. Sekarang ayahnya pulak yang tengah sakit mata.

Tiga hari lepas dapat petua dari seorang yang alim. Pesannya supaya makan labu merah (bahasa Indonesia.. bahasa sini labu kuning/oren tu). Makan banyak-banyak labu merah katanya.. itu ubat tekak dan demam, juga bagus buat bersihkan darah katanya lagi.. elok untuk selsema dan macam-macam lagi khasiat dia rupanya.. Saya pun tak berlengah lagi suruh husband pergi belikan labu kat kedai. Balik aje terus buat masak lemak labu. Dua kali saya ulang makan, memang sengaja makan banyak-banyak labu tu.. Alhamdulillah, kesannya sangat cepat. Kahak yang sebelum ni bercampur darah, bertukar warna jadi warna kahak biasa (minta maaf cerita pasal kahak. Just nak share tindakbalas dari makan labu). Demam masih ada sikit-sikit tapi tak risau sebab dah ambil antibiotik. Kahak berdarah tu yang merisaukan sebenarnya. Bila cerita semula dengan orang alim yang bagi petua ni, katanya "iya..memang labu elok untuk luka dalaman juga.." Subhanallah.. mungkin sebab tekak saya kering jadi ada luka di dalam yang saya tak tau yang buatkan kahak keluar bersama dengan darah. Wallahu a'lam.

Semalam saya buat lagi masak lemak labu. Makan bersungguh n pesan kat husband suh makan banyak-banyak juga sambil cerita khasiat labu yang baru saya dapat tu. Husband kata memang makan pun.. Hari Sabtu lepas badan dia dah rasa semacam.. Esoknya (hari Ahad) saya masak lauk labu tu dia makan, Alhamdulillah terasa berkurang cuma sakit mata aje katanya.. syukurlah tak demam..

Bangun tidur pagi tadi Alhamdulillah badan saya terasa sihat dan ringan seringan-ringannya.. dan pagi tadi jugak buang kahak yang terakhir sekali dengan gumpalan darah kotor. Lepas aje keluar habis kahak tu, terus baik tekak ni dah tak sakit lagi dah.. Alhamdulillah 'ala kulli haal.. segala manfaat, khasiat dan kesembuhan dari Allah dan dengan izin Allah Ψ³Ψ¨Ψ­Ψ§Ω†Ω‡ وΨͺΨΉΨ§Ω„Ω‰ jua..

Pada yang tengah sakit demam, sakit tekak or selsema.. cubalah ikhtiar makan labu.. pertama kali saya dapat petua ni.. Kalau nak tau keberkesanannya, try buat sendiri n makan. Untuk yang sakitlah sebab nak tengok kesan dia kan.. Yang tak sakit pun boleh makan.. sedap dan menyelerakan.. Labu makanan kesukaan Rasulullah Ψ΅Ω„Ω‰ Ψ§Ω„Ω„Ω‡ ΨΉΩ„ΩŠΩ‡ ΩˆΨ³Ω„Ω…. Tak sangka banyak betul khasiatnya.. antara yang dibagitau juga labu elok untuk peparu, perut dan gangguan perut contoh kembung, masuk angin dan sebagainya. Dan lagi.. elok untuk sakit telinga, sakit kuning, orang yang sakit tekak yang suaranya rosak (tak keluar suara bila bercakap) pun elok makan labu. Insya'Allah paling cepat 2 hari boleh kembali pulih suaranya. Untuk anak kecik contoh macam baby, boleh buat labu kukus untuk dia. Lepas kukus tu nanti boleh blend atau lenyek-lenyekkan ikut kesesuaian peringkat umurnya.
