*EATING FRUIT*
We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths.
It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know *how* and *when* to eat the fruits.
What is the correct way of eating fruits?
*IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS!*
*FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH*
If you *eat fruits on empty stomach*, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit.
The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so due to the bread taken before the fruit.

Tolong baca ini ya, print dan tampal supaya semua ahli keluarga boleh baca dan ikut:
πΆSayuran yang dimakan mentah contoh taugeh.. daun kesum.. daun serai wangi dan lain-lain yang dibuat ulam... yakni tidak dimasak.. perlu direndam dengan air garam terlebih dahulu untuk mengelakkan daripada jangkitan virus e-coli.
πΆ Petua beli ayam segar, beli ayam pada waktu pagi kerana bakteria pada ayam masih sedikit...kalau beli pada waktu tengah hari.. pastikan balik ke rumah terus cuci dan masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk beku... sebelum dimasak.. ini untuk matikan bakteria... masak ayam dengan sempurna... kalau tak cukup masak.. bakteria tak mati dan akan aktif semula bila makanan itu sejuk.
πΆ Panaskan makanan setelah sejuk.. jangan makan makanan yang telah sejuk selama lebih 4 jam... perlu dipanaskan sampai mendidih.
πΆ Elakkan letak senduk nasi dalam periuk kerana pemegang senduk mungkin ada bakteria dari peluh ditangan kita...
πΆ Elakkan telur separuh masak sebab mengandungi banyak bakteria yang boleh mnyebabkan demam panas dan kekejangan otak.
πΆ Pastikan telur dibasuh sebelum digunakan.
πΆ Makanan sejuk beku seperti nuget... ayam.. daging burger perlu di goreng terus selepas dikeluarkan dari peti sejuk beku... jangan biar makanan berada pada suhu bilik.. kerana mengundang bakteria... pastikan goreng dalam minyak yang betul² panas.
πΆ Pastikan tukang masak bersih semua sebelum memasak sebab 95% penyakit berjangkit dalam rumah berpunca dari tukang masak.... itu sebab orang berniaga kena amik suntikan vaksin... untuk elak dijangkiti penyakit dan menyebarkan kepada orang lain.
πΆ Pastikan makanan dan minuman dalam tin di basuh dahulu sebelum digunakan untuk elakkan kencing tikus.
πΆ Jika makan dikedai.. pastikan basuh dan lap sudu yang nak digunakan terlebih dahulu... jangan gunakan sabun tongkol yang disediakan kedai makan... sebaiknya gunakan pencuci cecair dan tak salah kalau bawa kemana² pencuci tangan bersama kita.. sekarang banyak penyakit berjangkit berpunca dari makanan...
πΆ Khasnya ayam golek.. pastikn ayam itu panas... jangan beli kalau ayam sudah sejuk dan yang sudah siap potong...
πΆ Pastikan papan pencincang ayam daripada plastik... kalau kayu jangan makan sebab serbuk kayu mungkin melekat pada ayam dan daging yang dicincang.
πΆ Pastikan makanan yang dibugkus dengan polisterin perlu dilapikkan dengan plastik untuk elakkan pengaktifan sel² kanser yang terdapat pada polisterin
